05.Booking & Payments
Booking Confirmation
After you request a trip, we send you a detailed itinerary.
Your booking is confirmed only after you accept it and make payment.
Payment Terms
• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Full payment required before travel (usually 60 days prior)
• Last-minute bookings require full payment immediately
06.Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
• 60+ days before travel → Deposit non-refundable
• Less than 60 days → 100% cancellation charges
By Company:
We may cancel a trip due to:
• Non-payment
• Safety reasons
• Low group participation

• Changes may be possible before travel (extra charges may apply)
• Last-minute changes may be treated as cancellation
• Date changes depend on availability

• Group tours have fixed dates and itineraries
• Minimum participants required
• If not met → full refund or alternative trip
